Mark Redgrave - Team Leader

I am the Team Leader and my role is to support my team and Customers who contact the helpdesk, whilst delivering excellent service. I have been involved in Customer Services for over 20 years and have a passion for helping customers to have the best experience possible.

I am very proud to work for Midcounties and be part of a fantastic team.

Sarah Chapman - Customer Service Advisor

I joined the team in 2005 as a Customer Service Advisor. My role is predominately to assist customers with the smooth running of their schemes. I thoroughly enjoy working at Midcounties, and love the way they support the community and work towards the DOES values.

In my spare time I love walking and shopping, but most of my time is taken up playing taxi to my two teenage girls.
